In light of the current Coronavirus situation, we would like to assure customers that we are open & fulfilling orders on time. Our farm shop and Click & Collect service also remain open and available for our local customers.
We use DHL/UK Mail to deliver our parcels. DHL is delivering without any contact and will leave your parcel on your doorstep. We deliver nationwide Tuesday through to Friday.
As a result of the current COVID-19 crisis and the volumes going through the courier networks, a small proportion of our parcels are experiencing longer delivery periods, despite food parcels being prioritised by DHL. Please allow up to 2 days for delivery before contacting us.
Our produce is sent frozen and packed into an insulated shipping box filled with ice-packs and wool insulation which will keep the contents frozen for up to 48 hours, just in case the parcel spends an extra day out for delivery.
We are experiencing an unprecedented demand for our products at this time and as a result, we are running low on some items. Being a seasonal farm, we only harvest certain things at certain times of the year, for instance, we’re running really low on lamb but won’t butcher lamb again until July. We are keeping our website up to date so please refer to this for the stock status of any products.
Even though we may run out of some products, there will always be meat to choose from our website. We have not set order limits on products but please also only order what you need and be mindful of others.
