Farm2Fork played host to the British Goose Producers annual farm walk on Thursday, October 13.
Welcoming goose producers and farming journalists from across the country I got the opportunity to talk about how Farm2Fork has grown, and to share advice.
The autumn farm walk was organised by British Goose Producers, part of the British Poultry Council (BPC), is held every year and is a chance for goose producers to share ideas and see how other farmers and smallholders produce, sell and market their products.
British Goose Producers’ chairman John Franklin, and chief executive of the BPC Richard Griffiths were among around 30 visitors to the farm who enjoyed talks and a guided walk around Farm2Fork with question and answer sessions.
It was a privilege to be able to host the autumn farm walk and have an opportunity to share what I’m doing with other producers.
