These steaks are boneless and cut from the hind leg and can be fried, grilled or barbecued for a winning meal. If you want to spice them up a bit, simply marinate in dijon mustard, a glug of white wine vinegar, a glug of olive oil and a good bunch of chopped flat-leaf parsley.
