Our traditional native breed beef selection boxes, pasture reared and 100% grass-fed to produce the finest, succulent tasting and tender beef. Our beef is matured on the bone and allowed to age for a minimum of 21 days before being traditionally butchered.

(Approx 5kg)
- 1 x roasting joint (cut from the topside)
- 2 x packs of frying/grilling steaks, each pack contains two steaks (cut from rump and sirloin)
- 1 x packs of braising steak (cut from the chuck eye)
- 2 x packs of dice (cut from the feather blade and clod)
- 3 x packs of mince (cut from the neck, shoulder, and lean trimmings)
Medium Box
(Approx 10kg)
