Order your frozen oven-ready Christmas goose for collection from Dalditch Farm, Budleigh Salterton, Devon from 18 to 23 December between 10am and 6pm.

Oven-ready free-range goose. Includes giblets, goose fat, full cooking instructions and a carry-home box.

Geese for collection are priced at 23.00/kg. Please pay the £15.00 deposit per item to secure your order. The balance payment will be calculated and due on collection (cash and card payments accepted).

Here at Farm2Fork, we like to take the hassle out of Christmas for you, and with our delicious free-range goose, you can rest assured your Christmas dinner will be perfect.

Reared here on our organic farm on a totally natural diet, the meat from our geese is moist and tender. The geese are dry plucked, hand finished and hung for a minimum of 10 days to bring out the finest flavour ready for your Christmas table.

Cooking one of Farm2Fork’s Christmas geese couldn’t be simpler. With every goose order, you will receive your oven-ready goose together with full cooking instructions and tips on how to defrost and prepare the perfect Christmas goose. The fat can also be stored and is the best ingredient when cooking fabulous roast potatoes.

Freezing the goose has no negative effects on the freshness or flavour of the bird, and ensures convenience and flexibility for you at home to defrost and cook whenever you’re ready. Note: Please allow enough time for your goose to defrost prior to cooking. In a fridge at 4C, allow 10 to 12 hours per kilogram. In a cool room at 17.5C allow 3 to 4 hours per kilogram.
