It seems like I’ve been travelling an awful lot recently. Some of you may know that I’ve just returned from a three-week trip to Tasmania. It’s all in the name of work, honestly!
As part of my Nuffield Scholarship, I have to undertake a certain number of weeks of international travel – which I’ve almost completed.
The point of travelling to Tasmania was to get a grasp on how they farm on the other side of the world, and Tasmania really is the ultimate place to visit when it comes to grass fed farming. It’s practically all grass fed farming over there as their climate and landscape lends itself really well to this kind of farming.
Again, I met some fantastic people with great advice for grass fed farming in the UK, and of course, I now have to compile all this information in a report.
I’ll share my findings with you!
