Our 100% grass-fed Beef Fillet Steak is perfect for frying, grilling and quick roasting. Be sure you don’t overcook it and there’s no way you can go wrong with this delicious cut. Taken from the opposite side of the bone to the sirloin, it is the least exercised muscle in the animal so is very tender and also very low in fat, hence it has a delicate and light flavour.
