
Our Farmer - Ollie White
Farm2Fork was founded in 2010 by Ollie White, a passionate environmentalist and fourth-generation farmer. His vision was simple: to produce and sell meat reared exactly as nature intended, in a way that benefits both animals and the environment.
A Nuffield Scholar, Ollie has travelled widely across Australia and the USA to study grass-fed farming systems. This experience strengthened his belief in the mantra, “you are what you eat eats”, and inspired him to become an advocate for 100% grass-fed farming.
For Ollie, farming means living in nature’s eye - working with the land to create the best possible environment for animals to thrive. His cattle and sheep are raised entirely on pasture, while poultry roam freely across fresh fields. Every animal is reared with pride to the highest welfare standards, producing meat that is healthier for you, for the animals, and for the planet.
At Dalditch Farm in East Devon, customers can order online, collect from the farm, or visit the farm shop to see the animals grazing and poultry roaming outdoors. Ollie’s vision for the future is clear: to help people eat less, but better quality, 100% grass-fed meat - farming with integrity, supporting biodiversity, and ensuring sustainability for generations to come.
