Our Ethos

At Farm2Fork we are passionate about three things: the planet, regenerating our land, and the welfare of our animals. Everything we do is guided by these principles.

We farm with the soil, the pastures, and the animals at the heart of every decision. By encouraging biodiversity above and below ground, we create a healthier ecosystem where wildlife thrives.

Our organic farm provides the ideal environment for 100% grass-fed cattle and sheep, alongside pasture-raised poultry. We graze with nature’s rhythm, never rushing production and allowing meat to mature slowly for the best flavour and nutrition.

Healthy Pastures, Healthy Animals
At the core of our system is the pasture itself. We only graze fields once they have fully recovered, which allows slower-growing species to flourish and ensures the animals receive the very best nutrition. Using holistic planned grazing, we mob graze our cattle and sheep as a "flerd" and move them frequently, lowering parasite burdens and building soil health.

Our poultry rotate across fresh ground daily, helping to regenerate pastures and enrich the soil, while being protected by our loyal Maremma livestock guardian dogs.

Seasonal and Natural
We work with the seasons rather than against them. That means no forcing animals through harsh winters if they are not suited to it, and keeping stocking levels low so every animal receives the attention it deserves.

Organic and Beyond
We never use chemicals on the farm and only administer antibiotics when absolutely necessary. Our OF&G certification proves we meet strict organic standards, but our focus goes further: on regeneration, not just sustainability.

Better Food from Better Farming
Because our animals thrive on the diets they are meant to eat, our meat is healthier for you. Lower in saturated fat, higher in vitamins A and E, and with a better balance of omega-3 to omega-6, it’s proof that you really are what you eat eats.
