Nationwide Delivery
At Farm2Fork, we take care of your order from our fields right through to your doorstep. Every box is packed on our farm in East Devon and sent out with the same attention to detail that goes into the way we rear our animals, naturally, respectfully, and with care for the environment.
Whether you’re stocking up your freezer or planning a family roast, we make sure your order arrives in perfect condition, anywhere across the country.

How It Works
You can select your preferred delivery date at checkout. We deliver Tuesday to Friday, and orders placed before 11 am are eligible for next-day delivery.
Once your box has been packed and dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirming that your order is on its way. On the morning of delivery, our courier will send you a one-hour delivery window and live tracking link, so you’ll always know when to expect it.
Please note that during very busy periods such as Christmas, delivery may take an extra day, but your order will remain perfectly safe and frozen in its packaging.
Our Packaging
Every Farm2Fork order is carefully packed in wool-insulated boxes made from natural and recyclable materials. The insulation and ice packs keep your order safely frozen for over 48 hours, ensuring your food arrives fresh and ready for your freezer or fridge.
We’re always looking for ways to reduce waste and make our deliveries more sustainable, which is why we only send full boxes and avoid unnecessary materials wherever possible.
Our Delivery Partner
We use DPD Local UK for nationwide delivery. They provide:
- Full door-to-door tracking
- A 1-hour delivery window by text or email
- Live driver tracking on a real-time map
- Flexible options to leave your parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, or at a local parcel shop
DPD are committed to lowering their carbon footprint, with an expanding fleet of electric vehicles and ongoing investment in renewable energy projects.
Safe Place Options
You don’t need to be home for delivery. At checkout, simply add a note with instructions for a safe place such as a porch, garage, or shed. You can also update your delivery preferences directly through your DPD tracking link once your parcel has been dispatched.
Farm Collection
If you’re local, you’re always welcome to collect your order from Dalditch Farm. Choose Pickup from Dalditch Farm at checkout to save 10%, and we’ll email you when your box is ready.
A Note on Freshness
Your order may arrive frozen or partly thawed. This is completely normal. As long as the contents are ice-cold to the touch, they’re safe to refrigerate or refreeze. If you have any concerns when your box arrives, just let us know and we’ll put it right.
From Our Farm to Your Door
We believe good food starts with good farming. Our job doesn’t end when the animals leave the pasture, it ends when your box arrives safely packed, fresh, and ready to enjoy.
