Our Farm
Welcome to Dalditch Farm, the home of Farm2Fork. Here we rear organic, 100% grass-fed beef and lamb alongside free-range, pasture-raised poultry. Nestled near the seaside town of Budleigh Salterton in Devon, our 221 acres of lush organic pastures provide the perfect environment for our animals - producing meat that is healthy, flavourful, and raised with care.
Farming in Harmony with Nature
At Dalditch Farm we farm with nature, not against it. Our cattle and sheep graze outdoors year-round under a system called Holistic Planned Grazing, which ensures they are regularly moved to fresh pasture. This allows the land to rest and regenerate, creating healthier soil and stronger plants.
A Natural Ecosystem
Our grazing model mimics nature’s patterns. Large ruminants like cattle are followed by sheep, and then by poultry, improving soil fertility, reducing parasites, and keeping animals healthy and content.
A Haven for Wildlife
Bordering the East Devon Pebblebed Heath National Nature Reserve, Dalditch Farm is a biodiversity hotspot. Free from pesticides, fungicides, and artificial fertilisers, our meadows are alive with insects, birds, and wildflowers. Deer graze our pastures, while buzzards, herons, barn owls, sparrow hawks, kingfishers, and woodpeckers thrive in our skies and hedgerows. As part of an environmental stewardship scheme, we also protect waterways, conserve habitats, and support flood management.
Happy Animals, Healthy Land
Animal welfare is at the core of everything we do. Our livestock live in natural herds, express natural behaviours, and thrive on the diet nature intended. Happy, healthy animals mean better quality meat - and a farm that works in balance with its ecosystem.
