Our 100% grass-fed beef heart is a lean, flavourful cut with a rich, meaty taste and fine texture. Raised outdoors on our organic and regenerative pastures, our cattle live naturally and grow slowly, producing wholesome meat with real depth and character.

Beef heart is excellent when grilled, braised, or slow-cooked. Slice thinly and flash-fry with garlic and butter, or marinate and barbecue for a tender, flavour-packed result. It’s also perfect diced and gently simmered in stews or curries for a hearty, nourishing dish.
