Full of rich, beefy flavour, our 100% grass-fed flat brisket is a favourite for low-and-slow cooking. Taken from the lower chest, this cut is beautifully marbled and becomes meltingly tender when braised or barbecued.

It’s perfect for slow roasts, pulled beef, or classic brisket and gravy. You can also cure it to make your own salt beef or pastrami at home.

Tip: Cook slowly at a low temperature for best results, and slice against the grain for maximum tenderness.
