Chicken Neck

Much like our chicken soup bones, the chicken neck adds a whole lot of flavour in broths, soups and stocks.

Using a flavoured stock for a sticky and delicious risotto, or as the base for a rich soup, the neck adds an extra depth of flavour.

Our free-range pasture-raised chicken necks benefit from our chickens having been raised on a pasture diet, free to roam and safe from harm. They live peaceful lives and are raised to the very highest ethical and environmental standards.
