Our 100% grass-fed beef oxtail is a traditional cut beloved for its rich, gelatinous texture and deep flavour when slow-cooked. Raised outdoors on our organic and regenerative pastures, our cattle graze freely, producing meat with exceptional taste and nutrition.

Cut from the tail, this bone-in meat becomes meltingly tender after long, slow cooking. Braise with red wine, stock, and herbs for a rich, comforting stew, or cook low and slow in a pressure cooker for an incredible broth.
