Beef Chuck Steak
Our 100% grass-fed beef chuck steak is a richly flavoured shoulder cut with proper depth, natural marbling and a satisfying bite. Raised outdoors on our organic and regenerative pastures, our cattle graze naturally, producing beef with character, texture and strong provenance.
Chuck comes from the forequarter, a hard-working area that gives this steak its robust flavour. Cook it hot and fast as a characterful steak, seared in a pan, grilled or barbecued, then rested and sliced across the grain. It is best served medium-rare to medium, where the marbling can melt into the meat. Chuck steak is also excellent for slow cooking, becoming tender and full-bodied in stews, braises, pies, ragù and hearty one-pot meals.
