Beef Flat Iron Steak
Our 100% grass-fed beef flat iron steak is a tender, flavourful cut taken from the shoulder, known for its excellent eating quality when cooked quickly. Raised outdoors on our organic and regenerative pastures, our cattle graze naturally, producing beef with depth, character and clear provenance.
Flat iron has a fine texture and a rich, beefy flavour, making it a brilliant steak for quick suppers, salads, sandwiches and sharing plates. Cook over a high heat in a pan, under the grill or on the barbecue, keeping it rare to medium-rare for best results. Rest well, then slice across the grain to maximise tenderness. It works beautifully with garlic butter, chimichurri, chips, roasted vegetables or a crisp salad.
