Our 100% grass-fed beef tongue is a delicacy known for its tenderness and depth of flavour when prepared slowly. Raised outdoors on our organic and regenerative pastures, our cattle graze naturally, producing wholesome meat with rich, savoury character.

Ox tongue is best simmered gently for several hours before peeling, then served warm with mustard sauce or sliced thinly for sandwiches. It’s also wonderful cured or brined for traditional dishes like salt beef tongue.
