Beef Rump Steak
Our 100% grass-fed beef rump steak is a butcher’s favourite, known for bold flavour, satisfying texture and excellent value. Raised outdoors on our organic and regenerative pastures, our cattle graze freely, producing lean, naturally flavoursome beef with plenty of character.
Cut from the hindquarter, rump has a firmer texture than fillet or sirloin, but rewards careful cooking with a rich, beefy taste. Pan-sear, grill or barbecue over a high heat, cook to rare or medium-rare, then rest well before slicing. It is ideal for steak sandwiches, stir-fries, salads, fajitas or a quick supper with chips and vegetables. Slice across the grain for the most tender result.
