Raised outdoors on our organic and regenerative pastures, our cattle graze naturally, producing beef with rich character and clear farm provenance.
Cut from the shoulder using feather, blade and chuck, this diced beef is well suited to long, gentle cooking. Brown first to build flavour, then simmer slowly until tender and succulent. It is ideal for stews, casseroles, curries, pies, goulash and one-pot family meals.
