Our 100% grass-fed mutton liver has a rich, full flavour that stands up beautifully to bold seasoning and slow cooking. Raised outdoors on our organic and regenerative pastures, our sheep graze freely, producing meat with exceptional taste and nutritional value.
This liver is perfect pan-fried with onions and herbs, or turned into a smooth, buttery pâté with brandy and spices. It’s also ideal for adding depth to stews, gravies, and sauces. Naturally high in iron, vitamins, and flavour, it’s one of the most nourishing cuts you can cook with.
