Chicken Drumsticks

Fun to eat, and fun to cook, a chicken drumstick is much more than a cold piece of meat at a finger buffet. Celebrate this fine pasture-raised cut by marinating it in Chinese spices and cooking it on the barbecue for a smoky flavour, or use it together with our pasture-raised chicken thighs for an unctuous one-tray roast. Throw in plenty of garlic, olive oil and lemon and let the taste do the talking.

Our free-range pasture-raised chicken drumsticks, cut from the lower leg and left on the bone are deliciously tender and tasty.
