We can’t speak highly enough about our 100% grass-fed beef ‘stir-fry’ steak strips. Maybe it’s because we’re always rushing around and at the end of the day we need to cook something that not only tastes great, but also takes the shortest amount of time.
With a stir-fry there is so much scope for making a healthy and flavoursome dinner, with minimum culinary knowledge!
We like to chop up spring onions, peppers, pak choi, and mini sweetcorn and in a pan heat some vegetable oil before throwing all the veg in with some chopped garlic and ginger, and of course the steak strips. Add a tablespoon of honey and cook it through before adding some soy sauce and maybe a squeeze of lime. Serve with noodles and you’ve got a tasty and nutritious dish in just a jiffy!
