Perfect for a light and spicy Asian noodle soup, or a rich and unctuous French onion soup, the beef broth is a winner when it comes to flavour.
Our marrow and knuckle bones have been cut into three pieces varying in size from 10 – 20cm – making them easy to fit into a pan.
Each pack contains one leg bone cut into three pieces to give you one piece of straight marrow bone and two whole knuckle ends. Please note this is slightly different to the product image which shows one of the knuckles in the pack having been cut in half down the middle.
