Beef Hanger (Onglet) Steak
Our 100% grass-fed beef hanger steak, also known as onglet or butcher’s steak, is prized for its deep beefy flavour and tender texture when cooked well. Raised outdoors on our organic and regenerative pastures, our cattle graze naturally, producing beef with real character and provenance.
Cut from the diaphragm, hanger has a loose grain that holds marinades beautifully and suits bold flavours. Cook quickly over high heat in a pan, under the grill or on the barbecue, keeping it rare to medium-rare. Rest well, then slice thinly across the grain to keep it tender. Serve with chimichurri, garlic butter, pepper sauce, chips, salad or seasonal vegetables.
