Our 100% grass-fed beef kidneys are full of rich, traditional flavour and make an excellent addition to classic British dishes. Raised outdoors on our organic and regenerative pastures, our cattle graze freely, producing nutrient-rich meat with wonderful depth of taste.
Kidneys are perfect for steak and kidney pies, suet puddings, or slow-cooked casseroles. They can also be pan-fried with butter and herbs for a quick, wholesome meal. For the best texture, remove the core and lightly soak before cooking.
Full of iron, protein, and natural goodness, these kidneys are a staple ingredient that celebrates real food and traditional nose-to-tail eating.
