Our 100% grass-fed beef cheeks are a slow-cooking treasure, rewarding patience with fork-tender meat and incredible depth of flavour. Raised outdoors on our organic and regenerative pastures, our cattle graze naturally, developing beef with rich character.

Cut from the hardworking cheek muscle, this meat is beautifully marbled and full of natural collagen that melts down during long cooking. Slow-braise in red wine, stock, and herbs for a silky, flavourful dish that falls apart at the touch of a fork.
