It might not be top of your ingredients list, but there’s a lot to be said for heart. It’s rich in nutrients and used to be quite the delicacy. Our 100% grass-fed beef heart is a much overlooked but extremely tasty and nutritious piece of beef, slow cooked it’s very tender and a great alternative in stews and casseroles. You could also cook it up and add to stews and soups.
