Our 100% grass-fed beef steak mince, typically 5% fat, is extra lean, fine-textured and naturally full of flavour. Raised outdoors on our organic and regenerative pastures, our cattle graze freely, producing wholesome beef with strong provenance and a clean, satisfying taste.
Cut from whole prime rump cuts of beef, this mince has a leaner profile than our standard mince while still cooking tenderly when handled with care. It is ideal for lighter dishes such as chilli, tacos, pasta sauces, stuffed peppers, lettuce cups, meatballs or simple pan-fried beef with herbs and vegetables. Cook gently and avoid drying it out to make the most of its lean texture.
