Our 100% grass-fed mutton chump steaks are thick, flavourful, and perfect for grilling, pan-frying, or slow braising. Raised outdoors on our organic and regenerative pastures, our sheep graze on a wide range of grasses, which gives the meat a robust, distinctive flavour.

These rump steaks are excellent for those who enjoy the deeper character of mature mutton. Try marinating in olive oil, herbs, and garlic, then sear quickly and rest before slicing. They are also delicious braised slowly in stock and red wine for a dish with incredible depth.

Rich and satisfying, these steaks offer a taste of real farming and the full flavour of pasture-raised mutton.
