Our pasture-raised chicken hearts are small but full of flavour, prized by chefs and home cooks alike for their tender texture and versatility. Raised outdoors on our organic and regenerative pastures, our chickens develop strong muscles and rich, natural taste through their active lifestyle.

A national housing order is currently in force across the UK due to the bird flu risk. Because we farm our poultry seasonally, all of our birds were fully grown and off the farm before the order took effect. Every chicken, turkey and goose we sell has lived a completely free-range life with daily access to pasture.
