Our pasture-raised chicken livers are silky, rich, and full of depth, perfect for creating pâtés, terrines, or nourishing home-cooked meals. Raised outdoors on our organic and regenerative pastures, our chickens enjoy a natural lifestyle that enhances both flavour and nutrition.
These livers are ideal for pan-frying with onions and herbs, blending into smooth pâté with butter and brandy, or adding to stuffing and sauces for extra richness. Naturally high in iron and vitamins, they are as wholesome as they are delicious.

Please note: These chicken livers are currently sourced from our friends at Spurtham Farm in East Devon, who raise high-welfare, organic chickens. We’ve temporarily sold out of our own pasture-raised chicken livers, but wanted to continue offering this popular cut until our own birds return in early summer.
