Our 100% grass-fed beef shin, also known as stewing steak, is a cut made for slow cooking, rewarding patience with deep, savoury flavour and fork-tender texture. Raised outdoors on our organic and regenerative pastures, our cattle graze naturally, developing rich, full-bodied beef.

Cut from the lower leg, shin is high in natural collagen, which melts down during long cooking to create a silky, rich sauce. Use it for stews, ragù, or slow-braised dishes that fill the kitchen with comforting aromas.
