Our 100% grass-fed mutton kidneys are full of robust, savoury flavour and are a cornerstone of classic British cooking. Raised outdoors on our organic and regenerative pastures, our sheep graze on a natural mix of grasses and herbs, which produces nutrient-dense, richly flavoured meat.
These kidneys are perfect for grilling with butter and garlic, pan-frying for breakfast, or slow-cooking in traditional steak and kidney pies. For best results, trim and soak before cooking, then sear briefly to keep them tender. They also make a delicious addition to hearty casseroles or suet puddings.
