Our 100% grass-fed rolled beef brisket is a slow-cooking favourite, known for deep flavour, generous texture and melt-in-the-mouth results when given time. Raised outdoors on our organic and regenerative pastures, our cattle graze naturally, producing beef with proper provenance and real eating quality.
Cut from the lower chest, brisket is rich in connective tissue that breaks down beautifully during long, gentle cooking. The rolled cut helps keep the meat juicy, easy to carve and well suited to family meals. Pot-roast with stock, onions and root vegetables, braise slowly with herbs, or cook low and slow with a spice rub for barbecue-style brisket.
