Beef Roasting Joint
Our 100% grass-fed beef roasting joint is a proper centrepiece for Sunday lunch, family gatherings and slower seasonal meals. Raised outdoors on our organic and regenerative pastures, our cattle graze naturally, producing beef with depth of flavour, good texture and the character that comes from a slower-grown system.
Cut from the hindquarter, this joint combines lean, tender meat with just enough fat to baste during roasting and keep the joint succulent. Cook steadily, rest well before carving, and let the natural flavour do the work. Season simply with sea salt, pepper and rosemary, or rub with mustard, garlic and herbs for extra richness.
Serve with roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables and pan juices for a traditional meal that celebrates grass-fed beef at its best.
