Our 100% grass-fed beef fillet steak is the most tender steak cut, prized for its fine texture, delicate flavour and quick, even cooking. Raised outdoors on our organic and regenerative pastures, our cattle graze naturally, producing lean, high-quality beef with clean flavour and excellent provenance.
Cut from the tenderloin beneath the sirloin, fillet is naturally soft and needs only simple cooking. Sear in a hot pan, grill briefly or cook on the barbecue, then rest before serving to keep the steak tender and juicy. It is perfect for an elegant dinner, a special occasion meal or a simple steak supper with garlic butter, peppercorn sauce, chips or seasonal vegetables.
