Beef Fillet Tail
Our 100% grass-fed beef fillet tail comes from the tapered end of the fillet, offering the tenderness of the main fillet with a little extra character from its natural shape. Raised outdoors on our organic and regenerative pastures, our cattle graze naturally, producing lean, fine-grained beef with clean flavour and excellent provenance.
Fillet tail cooks quickly and is ideal for stir-fries, medallions, kebabs, stroganoff, salads or light grilling. Sear briefly over a high heat and avoid overcooking to keep it tender and juicy. It is a brilliant way to enjoy fillet tenderness in everyday cooking, particularly where the cut will be sliced or portioned before serving.
