Beef Minute Steaks
Our 100% grass-fed beef minute steaks are thin-cut, lean and made for fast, tasty meals. Raised outdoors on our organic and regenerative pastures, our cattle graze naturally, producing beef with clean flavour, satisfying texture and clear farm provenance.
Cut from the rump, these steaks need only brief cooking and are best seared for 30 to 60 seconds per side in a very hot pan, then rested for a moment before serving. Use them whole or sliced in steak sandwiches, wraps, salads, tacos or quick suppers with chips and vegetables. They are also useful for children’s meals or easy lunches because they cook so quickly.
