Our 100% grass-fed beef picanha, also known as rump cap, is a true showpiece cut famed for its flavour and tenderness. Raised outdoors on our organic and regenerative pastures, our cattle graze naturally, developing beef with wonderful marbling and texture.
Cut from the top of the rump, picanha is best cooked whole with its fat cap intact. Sear fat-side down to render, then roast or grill until medium. Slice against the grain for tender pieces packed with flavour.
Juicy, succulent, and perfect for sharing, picanha brings a taste of South American tradition to your table.
