Beef Ribeye Steak
Our 100% grass-fed beef ribeye steak is a rich, juicy steak with beautiful marbling and a deep, buttery flavour. Raised outdoors on our organic and regenerative pastures, our cattle graze diverse grasses and herbs, producing beef with a distinctive taste and strong provenance.
Cut from the rib section, ribeye is loved for its balance of tenderness, fat and full-bodied flavour. Cook quickly in a hot pan, under the grill or on the barbecue, allowing the fat to baste the meat as it cooks. Rest well before serving so the juices settle back through the steak. Serve with herb butter, chips, roasted vegetables or a crisp salad for a classic steakhouse-style meal at home.
