Our 100% grass-fed beef short ribs are a slow-cooking favourite, known for their deep, savoury flavour and fall-apart tenderness. Raised outdoors on our organic and regenerative pastures, our cattle graze naturally, producing beef with real depth and marbling.

Cut from the lower rib, this meat is rich in collagen that melts down during cooking to create a glossy, flavourful sauce. Braise with red wine, stock, and herbs for a comforting meal, or barbecue slowly for a sticky glaze.
