Beef Short Rib
Our 100% grass-fed beef short ribs are rich, meaty and made for slow cooking, with deep savoury flavour and fall-apart tenderness when given time. Raised outdoors on our organic and regenerative pastures, our cattle graze naturally, producing beef with real depth, texture and provenance.
Cut from the lower rib, short rib is rich in collagen that melts during cooking to create a glossy, flavourful sauce. Braise with red wine, stock, herbs and root vegetables for a comforting meal, or cook low and slow on the barbecue until the meat pulls easily from the bone and develops a sticky glaze.
Full-bodied, hearty and deeply satisfying, short rib is a brilliant cut for weekend cooking and grass-fed beef lovers.
