Our 100% grass-fed beef stir-fry steak strips are cut for speed, tenderness and flavour, making them ideal for quick, wholesome meals. Raised outdoors on our organic and regenerative pastures, our cattle graze naturally, producing lean beef with rich taste and proper provenance.
Cut from tender rump, these strips cook in minutes and work best over a high heat. Keep them moving in the pan so they sear quickly without becoming tough. Add garlic, ginger and vegetables for a classic stir-fry, season with soy and honey for a sticky glaze, or use in fajitas, noodles, rice bowls, salads, wraps and steak sandwiches.
