Beef T-Bone Steak
Our 100% grass-fed beef T-bone steak brings together two prized cuts in one generous steak, tender fillet on one side and flavourful sirloin on the other. Raised outdoors on our organic and regenerative pastures, our cattle graze naturally, producing beef with real eating quality and character.
Cut from the short loin, the T-bone is ideal for grilling, pan-searing or cooking on the barbecue. Cook over a high heat, turn regularly and allow the bone to conduct heat through the steak, then rest well before serving. It is a special cut for sharing, celebrations or anyone who wants the best of grass-fed fillet and sirloin together. Serve with chips, roasted vegetables, salad or a simple herb butter.
