Beef Sirloin Steak
Our 100% grass-fed beef sirloin steak offers the classic balance of tenderness, flavour and satisfying texture that makes sirloin such a favourite cut. Raised outdoors on our organic and regenerative pastures, our cattle graze naturally, producing beef with depth of flavour and a clear connection back to the farm.
Cut from the lower back, sirloin has a fine grain, a good bite and enough fat to bring richness when cooked well. Pan-fry, grill or barbecue over a high heat, then rest before slicing or serving whole. It works beautifully with peppercorn sauce, roasted vegetables, chips and salad, or simply with sea salt and a little butter.
Succulent, versatile and full of proper beef flavour, this is a reliable steak for both midweek meals and special suppers.
