Our 100% grass-fed mutton stock bones are ideal for making rich, restorative stock or broth. Raised outdoors on our organic and regenerative pastures, our sheep live naturally, producing bones that yield beautiful flavour and collagen when simmered slowly.
Roast the bones first for deeper colour, then simmer gently with vegetables, herbs, and a splash of cider vinegar for a golden, nourishing broth.
