Each burger is made from carefully selected shoulder cuts, providing the ideal balance of lean meat and fat for a juicy, well-textured bite. They cook beautifully on the barbecue, in a griddle pan, or under the grill. Serve in a toasted bun with melted cheese and salad, or simply with chips for an easy, satisfying meal.
