Beef Marrow Bones

Our 100% grass-fed beef marrow and knuckle bones are prized for their rich, buttery flavour and natural goodness. Raised outdoors on our organic and regenerative pastures, our cattle graze naturally, producing bones perfect for nutrient-dense cooking.

Roast the bones and scoop out the golden marrow for a simple, luxurious appetiser, or simmer slowly to create collagen-rich stock and broth. They add depth, nutrition, and a silky finish to soups, sauces, and gravies.

Rich, wholesome, and full of flavour, these marrow bones are a celebration of true nose-to-tail cooking and sustainable farming.

Each pack includes one leg bone, cut into three sections: one straight marrow bone and two knuckle ends. The knuckle ends are split in half, giving you five bone pieces per pack, ranging from approximately 10–20cm — perfectly sized for your stockpot.
