Our 100 % grass-fed lamb kidneys are delicately flavoured and rich in iron, making them a favourite for traditional British cooking. Raised outdoors on our organic and regenerative pastures, our lambs graze naturally, developing healthy animals and delicious meat.
Lamb kidneys are fantastic grilled with garlic butter, sautéed for breakfast with toast, or slow-cooked in a classic steak and kidney pie. They cook quickly and reward simple methods with incredible flavour. For best results, remove any membranes before cooking and avoid overcooking to keep them tender.
Full of flavour and naturally nutrient-rich, these kidneys are a fine example of the quality that comes from regenerative farming.
