The Farm2Fork Difference
Our geese are dry-plucked, hand-finished, and hung for at least 10 days to develop exceptional flavour and tenderness. They live outdoors on organic pastures, eating grasses, herbs, and organic grains. This traditional, regenerative approach guarantees a Christmas goose of the highest quality.
Freshness Guaranteed
Your goose is frozen at peak freshness to lock in its quality and flavour. Defrosting is simple with our step-by-step guide.
Defrosting is simple:
-
In a fridge at 4 °C: Allow 10–12 hours per kg
-
In a cool room at 17.5 °C: Allow 3–4 hours per kg
Cooking Made Easy
With detailed cooking instructions included, serving the perfect goose couldn’t be simpler. And with the included goose fat, your roast potatoes will be the star of the Christmas table.

A national housing order is currently in force across the UK due to the bird flu risk. Because we farm our poultry seasonally, all of our birds were fully grown and off the farm before the order took effect. Every chicken, turkey and goose we sell has lived a completely free-range life with daily access to pasture.
