Your goose is frozen at peak freshness to lock in its quality and flavour. Defrosting is simple with our step-by-step guide.

Defrosting is simple:

• In a fridge at 4 °C: Allow 10–12 hours per kg

• In a cool room at 17.5 °C: Allow 3–4 hours per kg
